We'll kick off our day of exploration by travelling along the Costa de la Luz to a city that's quintessential Andalusia. On arrival, you'll have the entire day to sightsee as you wish – check out the mighty fortress, the honey-coloured cathedral and roam around historic lanes darting in and out of eateries as you please.
Then, in the late afternoon, we'll round off your day with a tour and tasting at the famous González Byass Bodega – home of Tio Pepe sherry. Find out how it's all made and we'll bring the day to a close on a sweet note before returning to your hotel.
