- I conducenti di Ryker devono avere almeno 21 anni e possedere una patente di guida completa valida. Prima dell'inizio del tour è necessario esibire la patente e un altro documento d'identità con foto, come il passaporto o la carta d'identità.
- I passeggeri devono avere almeno cinque anni e devono essere collegati a una prenotazione con un autista registrato. È necessario indossare calzature chiuse, come scarpe da ginnastica o scarpe robuste, mentre non sono ammessi sandali e infradito.
- I Ryker sono coperti da un'assicurazione completa, ma i primi 500 euro di qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento sono a carico del pilota. Se le regole di sicurezza non vengono rispettate, si può essere rimossi dal tour senza rimborso e si dovrà organizzare il proprio trasporto di ritorno.
