On warm days, the square is usually thronged with locals and visitors, making it a top spot to people-watch and soak up the relaxed island atmosphere. Then, it's on to the lookout of Es Mirador. As Formentera's highest point, it's the best spot to grab selfies. On a clear day, you'll even see Ibiza on the horizon.Next up is a visit to the family-run Terramoll winery in La Mola. Here, after a guided tour of the vineyards and wine cellar, you'll tuck into locally produced nibbles such as cheese, cold-cuts and olives. And, a trip to a winery wouldn't be complete without trying some of the fruits of its labour, with tastings of red, white and rosé wine rounding off the tour.
