Kom naar 24 State Street, ook bekend als One Battery Park Plaza. Je ontmoet de gids (gekleed in een geel uniform) op het plein bij Starbucks. Ga niet Battery Park in. Ga ook niet naar de kassa van het Vrijheidsbeeld, want zij hebben je kaartjes niet.

- Voordat je aan boord van de veerboot gaat, is er een verplichte veiligheidscontrole zoals je die op de vliegvelden gewend bent. Dit betekent dat vloeistoffen, alcohol, wapens of grote tassen niet mee mogen

- Minderjarigen (17 of jonger) mogen alleen mee onder begeleiding van een volwassene (25+)
