At your arrival, you will meet La Garra's owner, who will introduce you to the company's history. Then, reach the olive grove where, together with the producer, you will learn about cultivation techniques, plant harvesting and native varieties (Intosso and Gentile in Chieti).
Afterward, move to the mill, where you will get a presentation about the transformation process of extra virgin olive oil, from the washing and defoliation phase to the final separation, and about the differences between traditional and continuous production methods.
