As a first experience, you will have the chance to taste the typical taralli di Racalmuto, also known as "tetù." Afterwards, following a pleasant walk through the baroque streets of the town, you will visit the Sanctuary of Maria Santissima del Monte and the house-museum of the famous poet Leonardo Sciascia, and then reach the historic "Regina Margherita" theater.
You will then reach the main street of Racalmuto, where there is a statue dedicated to the writer. Here you will participate in a show cooking where a local artisan will show how nougat is made and delight your palate with a tasting of typical nougat products. Finally, you will reach a local farm where you will be able to taste different varieties of oil, accompanied by a light lunch of cured meats, cheeses and typical local products.
