First you'll see where storks lay their nests in Rasmalho before hopping in and setting off past Casas Velhas to Arqueta, a small hamlet. A viewpoint over the hills is next, then Sítio do Peso is on the agenda, where honey and medronho – ‘fire water' - are both made. You'll travel past orange groves and Monchique town to our final stop at Sítio da Laranjeira.

Then it's on to Algar Seco to take in the beauty of the cliffs, which have been eroded into amazing caves and grottoes.We'll visit the fishing village of Ferragudo next. Stroll down to the harbour and enjoy free time for lunch. Next, head to a local winery, where the wine-tasting session is a fitting way to end the day.
