- Children under 125 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult
- The Portella Chairlift is open from July 26 to August 31, 11:00am – 5:30pm and children under 1.25metres tall must be accompanied by an adult
- Children under two years old enter for free. Proof of age must be shown at the ticket office
- Babies must be carried in a backpack carrier at all times
- Opening and closing dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions
