This is a self-guided tour, we do not meet you at the start location and you can enjoy your discoveries at your own pace.
Your challenge starts inside Syntagma Square Metro Station on -1 at the “Fragment of a Mosaic Floor”. Each riddle takes you from one hidden location to the next. The more you unlock new instructions, the more you will learn about Athens. You will discover spots in Athens’s old city that most locals don’t even know. You’ll follow in the footsteps of the local creator, Elena – and discover her favorite local cafes and artisan shops and she’ll e-take you past the city’s oldest distillery where you can sample Greek spirits. Solve her ten riddles and unlock her short stories and a tip to find her favorite rooftop haunts with fantastic panoramic views over the city.
The highlights you discover on this discovery walk are: Mitropoleos Square, the lush National Gardens, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the picturesque 11th-century Byzantine church of Saint Catherine.
