What to expect

Leave Chester for a day to explore the Lake District National Park. You get to experience the beautiful landscapes in this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

From Chester, you will head towards the north of the Lake District following the M6 Motorway for about 2 hours. Arriving at the Lake District you will visit Hawkshead, famous for its connection with Beatrix Potter and William Wordsworth. The novelist, illustrator and national scientist Beatrix Potter lived nearby the medieval village and poet William Wordsworth went to the grammar school in Hawkshead.

Continuing your tour into the heart of the Lake District you will see some wonderful sceneries. You will make many photo-stops on the way to let you enjoy the views and capture them for later.
