Minors under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent must submit to customs the consent of the parents of both parents or of those who do not accompany the minor (depending on the case), obtained from the notary, or a sentence definitive divorce certificate in which the minor was entrusted, or a death certificate
If the children are not accompanied by their parents, the accompanying adult will present a legal record
