In this 5-hour tour, you will visit Franjo Tuđman's Bridge and mount Srđ, two viewpoints with amazing panoramic views on the "new" and the "old" Dubrovnik. Then you will visit Cavtat, one of the most beautiful small towns on the Croatian coast where you will have free time to explore by yourself. The tour will end with a Dubrovnik old town guided tour. Your local guide will show you the most significant sights, tell you stories that only locals know and of course, answer to any of your questions.
The two viewpoints are one the best place for enjoying the view on the "new" suburbs of Dubrovnik, and the other one, on mount Srđ above the Old Town, provides a breathtaking view on the Old Town, the city of Cavtat, the island of Lokrum and the Elaphite Islands.
After having enjoyed the views, you will see Cavtat, one of the most beautiful small towns in Croatia. There you will have free time for yourself, you may walk by the sea, enjoy the fabulous cocktails in one of the local bars or visit Vlaho Bukovac's birth house or the Racic Family Mausoleum.
The next attraction is Park Gradac in Dubrovnik, from where you will have an amazing view on St. Lawrence Fort. This is the place where your guide will be waiting for you and together you will walk through the picturesque Pile Gate, the western entrance to the Old Town. You will walk on the Stradun, the most magnificent, beautiful and important street of Dubrovnik. You will arrive to Luza Square, the favorite place for everyone in Dubrovnik. This is the square where Orlando's Column is situated, where Sponza palace and the Church of St. Blasius are.
From the square, you will be going to the Old Port and Arsenal where the famous Argosy Ships were built. You will pass St. John Fort and arrive at Porporela Breakwater. This is the best place to see the magnificent complex of Lazareti, the first quarantine area ever built in the whole world. The Cathedral is your next stop, there you will hear an amazing legend of the connection between Dubrovnik and King Richard the Lionheart.
Your last stop is the church of St. Ignatius, a baroque masterpiece in Dubrovnik. On your way, we will pass the amazing Jesuit Stairs where the famous "Walk of Shame" scene from Game of Thrones was filmed.
