Nestled in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, a cosy chocolate studio sets the scene for a hands-on workshop. The experience begins with an introduction to cacao cultivation in Vietnam, offering insight into how this unique crop is grown and sourced locally.

Led by an expert instructor, you’ll be guided through each stage of the chocolate-making process, from roasting and grinding cacao beans to tempering chocolate for a smooth, glossy finish.
