Kempton Park

Kempton Park is a large town situated on the East Rand in Gauteng, South Africa. It was stablished in 1903 on a portion of a farm, named Zuurfontein which belonged to Karl Wolff. He named the new settlement after the town in Bavaria where he was born. The name was later changed to Kempton Park. Accommodation facilities here are superb and are ideally situated close to the busiest international airport in South Africa. Kempton Park is a quaint residential suburb with marvelous amenities such as numerous shopping malls, the Emperor’s Palace with its theatres and restaurants. This town remains a great choice for business and leisure travellers alike.
