A day at sea to blow the cobwebs away is what holidays are all about. Cast off from Vatera or Polychnitos and you'll cruise towards to the hidden chapel of Panagia Kryfi, nestled in a cave among cliffs where hot springs meet the Aegean Sea. Next, explore Plomari, known for its ouzo, with some free time to wander its charming streets. Round off with a swim at Apergousa beach near the striking 'split rock', offering clear views right down to the seabed.
