Meet at RealNZ - Milford Sound Visitor Terminal. Please check in 30 minutes beforehand, chek-in closes 15 minutes before departure, with gates closing 5 mins prior to departure.

Know in advance:

Both 'child' and 'infant' tickets need to be booked with a minimum of 1 adult ticket
Infants (age 0-4) can join for free. Please remember to book the ticket during booking
Please confirm your pickup time and location directly with the local operator
Please bring non-slip shoes/boots, waterproof jacket, warm sweater/fleece jacket, sunscreen/ sunglasses, insect repellent, camera/phone
Cabinet café food and snacks will be available for purchase onboard (cash only)
Milford Road is a beautiful but hazardous road. You must do your research and keep up to date with road conditions through the NZTA website. In the winter months, you must carry snow chains and be prepared for delays
