What to expect

Explore the spectacular landscapes and rich wildlife of Tsavo West National Park and Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary on a three-day safari from Mombasa. Enjoy scenic drives, exciting game drives, and overnight stays at two unique safari lodges.

Day 1 – Mombasa to Tsavo West National Park
You’ll depart from Mombasa in the morning and travel to Tsavo West National Park, enjoying game viewing along the way. Arrive at Severin Safari Camp in time for lunch, then head out on an afternoon game drive to discover the park’s wildlife and scenic highlights, including Mzima Springs. Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay on a full-board basis.

Day 2 – Tsavo West to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
Start the day with an early morning game drive, followed by breakfast, before travelling to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary with wildlife viewing en route. You’ll arrive at Salt Lick Safari Lodge in time for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive in the sanctuary. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge on a full-board basis.

Day 3 – Taita Hills to Mombasa
Enjoy one last early morning game drive to spot wildlife before returning to the lodge for breakfast. You’ll then depart for Mombasa, arriving in the afternoon.

Pick-up is available from your hotel in Mombasa covering the south coast hotels at Diani Beach, and the north coast hotels between Nyali, Bamburi, and Shanzu Beach. Please confirm the pickup place and time directly with the local operator.
