It was influenced by Ivan the Terrible who had a particular veneration for St. Sergius. Admire the Bell Tower of the Trinity Lavra, which at 88 meters high is 11 meters more than the belfry of the Novodevichy Convent and 6 meters more than the bell tower of Ivan the Great in the Moscow Kremlin.
