-Half the group had already begun, which made it extremely difficult to hear the staff member and tainted the experience, as they were noisy and loud. -The staff member was friendly, welcoming & gave clear instructions throughout. However, the experience was made less special, as she kept going back...

Loved that they were able to give the explanation of perfume making in multiple languages. When creating your own scent the staff were very helpful in making it into a perfume/cologne that you wanted whether that's sweeter, deeper, earthier etc., they were great and I can't wait to try my perfume.

My daughter and I had a great time making our perfume. Our Molinard assistant was so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed this experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it!
