After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the area beside the gate and look for the sign with your name under a green elephant logo. Confirm your arrival with the pick-up point staff, who will then contact the driver to meet you. / Hotel meeting point: the driver will wait in the hotel lobby at the exact time you indicate at checkout.
