- The general minimum height for the activity is 114 centimetres and the maximum weight allowed is 136 kilograms
- The minimum height required for the water slides is 122 centimetres
- The use of lounge chairs and umbrellas is included when using Dolphin Beach
- It's recommended to bring a swimsuit and sunscreen
- Please bring a credit or debit card for additional purchases as cash isn't accepted inside the park
- You must be in good health and in full possession of your mental faculties to take part. You must also be able to walk up and down stairs to access the interaction area, as well as board and disembark from the bus without assistance
- For safety and supervision purposes, one participating adult/guardian (at least 18 years old) is strictly required for every child under 11 years old
- For safety reasons, this experience isn't suitable for pregnant women or participants with back, neck or knee injuries
