Some slides have height and weight restrictions at Siam Park, so be sure to check the signs before getting on
Your ticket doesn't have a specific date, you can use it whenever you like as long as it's within the validity period
Your ticket is valid for 365 days from the date you choose when booking
Once you visit the first park, you'll need to visit the second one within 15 days
It's best to arrive at the shows early to avoid queues
No need to contact anyone if your plans change – tickets are valid for a full year from the service date
