you can visit Palazzo Ducale within two years from purchase date (regardless of the date selected on the calendar)
you need to visit all the other museums within 3 months from the visit to Palazzo Ducale
refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not allowed once the tickets are purchased
children (age 0-5) can enter the museums for free and don't need a ticket
the reduced ticket is valid for pupils and students (age 6-25) with a valid student ID, for youth (age 6-29) with Rolling Venice Card, and for seniors over 65 years with an ID
you'll receive your ticket within 1 hour after booking
