What to expect

Visit the Danube Tower, the tallest structure in Austria, for an amazing view of Vienna.

Step inside one of two high-speed elevators to zip up to the tower‘s 165-meter high (540 ft) observation platform. Each lift can carry up to 14 passengers and takes only 35 seconds to reach the top. On clear days, the view spans up to 80 kilometres (50 miles) and can capture Bratislava.

The glassed-in terrace can withstand even the strongest of winds and inclement weather conditions, and has become a particularly popular venue for special events.

Stop in the Panorama Café at 160 metres (525 ft), for a snack and to experience typical Viennese café culture while the revolving Donauturm Restaurant at 170 metres (558 ft) serves fine Viennese cuisine. Both dining locales roate every 26 minutes to offer you different city perspecttives while showcasing Austrian cuisine, wines and hospitality at its finest.
