- The safety and wellbeing of the dolphins are the priority of Zoomarine Park, and therefore staff reserve the right to cancel interactions at short notice due to participants health or behaviour. This may not be refundable
- Children must be a minimum of 6 years to take part in standard and 8 years to take part in premium option – ID is needed and children aged six or seven must be accompanied by an adult over 16 years old
- Not suitable for women who are pregnant, guests with mobility or learning difficulties or any other condition that could compromise the wellbeing of the dolphins
- Excursion is subject to availability
- You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour
- Please be at the interaction office at least 45 minutes before your interaction starts for check-in
- Please remove glasses, jewellery or anything that could be ingested by dolphins while in the pool
- Please print your voucher to be shown on entrance to park
- Don't forget to check in prior to visiting the park
- Spectators can watch the dolphin interaction at a cost of EUR 2.00, payable inside the park
