What to expect

Bali's ancient links to India mean it's the best place in Indonesia for ayurvedic therapies. At Tejas Spa, you can enjoy a 60-minute back massage known as kati vasti. You lie down as your lower back in a covered in a special dough. Lukewarm medicated oil is then slowly poured into and left to ‘work it's magic' for half an hour or so. Afterwards, the affected area is gently massaged. Bliss.
