Meeting point:

You'll be picked up and dropped off inside the “Parking BSM Estació Barcelona Nord”, whose entrance is located at 25 Carrer de Ribes. Please note the entrance isn't through the doorway of the building, but through the stairs that are located in front of the doorway, in a glass structure. Once at the door of the stairs, please ring the bell and the door will open automatically. Once inside the parking, on "Floor -1", you'll see a series of squares with Eco Tuk Tuk signs. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour's starting time. In case of need, you can contact the local tour operator.

What to remember

Not allowed:

the minimum age for this tour is 2 years old and children must be accompanied by an adult

Know in advance:

each tuk-tuk has a capacity of 4 people maximum
in winter, tuk-tuks have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
the tour operates with a multilingual driver-guide
there is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
itinerary is not subject to change, but it may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
in case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
