You can use the day pass for free training on the equipment. You can try out the following types of exercises:
- Ninja Warrior: You'll overcome a challenging obstacle course. The challenge requires strength, endurance, skill and mental toughness to succeed.
- Trampoline: You'll jump on the trampoline and perform acrobatic moves. It tests your balance, jumping power and agility.
- Chase Tag: An exciting game of tag where two teams try to catch each other in an obstacle course while using quick movements and strategies.
- Parkour: Parkour is a sport where you creatively and efficiently navigate obstacles using your body. You'll jump, climb and run to get from point A to point B faster.
- Aerial Silk: Aerial Silk is a dance form performed on a long piece of fabric, where you swing, climb and execute acrobatic movements in the air. This aerial acrobatics requires strength, flexibility and body tension.
- Tricking: Tricking combines acrobatics, martial arts and dance, where you mix jumps, spins and kicks. It's all about creating elegant, fluid movements in the air.
