What to expect

Enjoy a very dynamic workshop and discover with an extremely knowledgeable sommelier so much information from history and geography to the proper ways to taste wine and food pairing.

You will travel the world on a 360° screen and smell the scents from the markets and listen to its people while tasting the wine. You will be asked to taste four glasses of wine, origin unknown and guess what wine you are drinking. Before starting the workshop you will be advised to "forget everything you know about wine tasting: its codes, customs, restraints and psychological barriers. Start over and just listen to yourself… "
