The Belgian Chocolate Truffle Workshop & Chocolate Secrets includes a 1.5 hour hands-on truffle-rolling and mendiant-making workshop, where you'll learn how to temper chocolate, enrobe & roll scrumptious truffles, as well as make classic mendiants - and uncover the secrets of chocolate-making from bean to bar. You'll enjoy tasting your fresh, creamy truffles on the spot, as well as bringing plenty of your own hand-made chocolates back with you, for yourselves or friends!
