Why you’ll love this…
  • You'll sail across the Ionian Sea to the Greek islands of Paxos and Antipaxos
  • The coastal views along the way, like the white cliffs of Erimitis, are first class
  • You'll visit the Blue Caves of Paxos, entering Ipapanti and Ahai for a closer look
  • There's time to swim and snorkel in the exotic turquoise waters of Paradise Beach in Antipaxos
  • Back in Paxos you can stroll through the town and check out the shops and tavernas
What to expect

No Greek holiday is complete without a sea cruise to the islands, and this one takes to some of the country's best. As you cruise out of Corfu Harbour have your camera handy to capture the view of the old town and its two Venetian fortresses. You'll head south, passing the Kanoni Peninsula and the Palace of Mon Repos, the village of Kavos, and Corfu's southernmost point, the Cape of Asprokavos.

Then, as you sail away from Corfu, Paxos Island comes into view. Unspoiled by mass tourism, Paxos boasts the quintessential character of Greece, with green olive groves and fishing villages aplenty. You'll head along the west coast of Paxos Island, soaking up the impressive rocky coastline and white sandy beaches until you arrive at the Blue Caves. They're cut into limestone cliffs, making the water reflect a striking blue off the white, chalky rocks.

Beyond the caves, you'll reach the pocket-sized island of Antipaxos. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in style, as the powder-white beaches here are often compared to those of the Caribbean. You can take a swim here in the crystal waters of 'Paradise Beach' – and it really does live up to its name. Then, it's back to Paxos, where you can wander through its narrow streets, visit the souvenir shops and enjoy lunch at one of its traditional tavernas.

You have two options for this tour, option one is without a transfer and option two includes a transfer to and from the port:

Option 1: Tour without transfer

Option 2: Tour with transfer

Corfu Catamaran Cruise with Traditional Greek Lunch and Drinks

Our ultimate catamaran trip gives you a new perspective on Corfu. The island's rugged coastline is the backdrop of this relaxing day out, which features plenty of swimming stops. What's more, a traditional lunch and drinks round off the experience. Spiros, one of our local guides, says, ‘This cruise for me is Corfu in a nutshell – in the lap of luxury and in the lap of the gods. You get to enjoy vistas of heavenly coastline whilst living it up on board with unlimited drinks and a typical Greek lunch.'You'll be picked up and brought to the harbour to board your catamaran – and from here on in, you won't have to lift a finger. This cruise is all about soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery. Steep cliffs, secluded beaches and little fishing villages surrounded by juniper green vegetation – it's quite a view. Spiros adds, ‘This catamaran is the real deal, with a trampoline net for lying on. It's like being on a hammock – but over the water. I love it.' Along the way you'll get to spot some famous landmarks from the hit-series 'The Durrells', as well as the house of the real Laurence Durrell, back in the 1930s. And, there's at least four anchored stops for you to dive into the Ionian Sea and use the snorkelling equipment provided. Relax on the breezy deck or in the shaded area, before a lunch of Greek specialities and drinks await. Plus, you'll have a crew at hand to cater for every need, as well as give you information on Corfu and the fauna and flora of the Ionian.

Nat Geo Day Tour: Flavours of Corfu, Cook with Locals at an Organic Farm

Feel the soul of Corfu at Bioporos Organic Farm, situated on the banks of Korission lagoon. Your deep dive into Corfiot farming begins with an introduction to your hosts for the day and the true stars of the show: the farm's owners.First, you'll join the host's mother who will teach you how to make organic cosmetics, such as face masks, beeswax cream, and more. You'll use ingredients which you can find in your kitchen or garden back home, and take your creations with you at the end of the day.Next, prepare a traditional Corfiot pie, mix up your own tzatziki and knead bread. Your host will light the wood-burning oven and soon you can enjoy the aromas of the slow-cooked pie and bread you helped to prepare. While your lunch bakes, the owner himself will lead you through the farm, proudly showing off his collection of farming tools, his olive trees and bee hives. His tales illuminate the relationship between Corfu and olive farming, and his passion for regenerative agriculture shines through when he demonstrates how he promotes the conservation of endemic plant species.
