And thanks to the cove's clear and calm water, you'll be underwater in no time, swimming amongst colourful fish and between the rocks with the medieval castle of Tossa del Mar just over your shoulder. After about an hour, you'll be back on dry land where a certificate and pictures will be handed to you as a souvenir.
