Next, we will visit a local spot to try Banh Uot Long Ga, a unique dish consisting of thin rice flour pancakes with stir-fried chicken viscera, a delicacy hard to find elsewhere in Vietnam.
We will also enjoy Banh Can and Xiu Mai, which are Vietnamese mini pancakes served with meatballs. After sampling these delights, we will stroll through the bustling Da Lat night market to make room for dessert. Prepare your taste buds for Kem Bo, Da Lat’s signature avocado ice cream, a must-try when visiting the area.
