Situated in Dublin’s historic Liberties, Pearse Lyons Distillery is Dublin’s only boutique distillery and boasts a very colorful history dating back to the 12th century. On this tour, you'll see the distillery which is nestled in the the former Church of St. James and its surrounding graveyard while being introduced to the compelling characters from Dublin's famous distilling and brewing district. This area is rich in culture and tradition thanks to its past as an industry hub known as the Golden Triangle which you'll learn more about.
As you step inside the distillery, you'll learn more about how Ireland's finest small batch whiskies are produced and enjoy a sensory experience as you're led through the distilling process. The tour will wrap up with a whiskey and gin tasting at the bar and see what all the fuss is about! You'll enjoy four tastings including Pearse Original, Distiller's Choice, Founder's Choice, a 12 year-old single malt and a limited edition Pearse Five-Year-Old Single Malt.
