Duisburg is a city situated along the Rhine river, at the confluence with the Ruhr river and it is known for its inland harbor, the biggest on earth. The city also has a lively nightlife district and many restaurants on the river. Although there are many negative clichés regarding Duisburg as industrial centre, the city has many famous landmarks, like the Tiger and Turtle and a former iron and steel mill where you can climb and dive.
