You can wander through the narrow streets, browse the shops, or grab some local favourite snacks like gozleme, a thin stuffed flatbread, and simit, a sesame‑crusted bread ring, in one of the cosy cafes.Then, it's off to the weekly market, where stalls pop up with everything from fresh produce and spices to clothes, bags, rugs and ceramics.
