Then, hop on a bike to cycle through 10 kilometres of peaceful green countryside – don't worry, any hills are pretty gentle. When you reach the river, you'll switch the bike for a bamboo raft and spend the next hour gently floating downstream at a pace that let's you take in the tropical riverbanks. Back on land, you'll be taught how to rustle up some fragrant Thai dishes, then dig into your homemade lunch by the river.
