What to expect

Join a hands-on Thai cooking class set in a 5-star resort environment, where you'll learn to prepare traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients. Guided by skilled chefs, you'll discover classic cooking techniques while creating a selection of popular Thai favourites in a small-group setting with a maximum of four participants, allowing for a more personal experience.

During the class, you'll prepare a minimum of four dishes, which may include yum thalay (spicy seafood salad), tom yum goong (clear prawn soup), gaeng kiew wan gai (green chicken curry) and gai phad med mamuang (stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts). Once the cooking is complete, you'll sit down to enjoy the dishes you've prepared.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks, this experience offers an introduction to Thailand's culinary traditions in a relaxed and interactive setting.
