Tour schedules might vary due to weather and sea conditions. Rain in Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in the monsoon season. If conditions are determined to be unsafe, the tour will be cancelled, and you can reschedule it or get a full refund
Snorkel at Koh Taen is an extra activity, and cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the sea conditions on that day. If conditions are not suitable for snorkelling, this is beyond the supplier's control and no partial refund will be given. You can spend more time at Pig Island in this case
While the boat is private when travelling between the islands, it will be used to transport other guests while you are visiting Koh Mat Sum. Please do not leave any belongings on board when you arrive at Pig Island
