- A current valid passport or ID card is required. Please bring your valid passport and ID card on the day of travel
- Customers must fill out a travel information form before the tour
- Guests must be 7 years and above to participate in any watersport activities, zip line, and aqua park
- Any child 7 years and above participating in Jetski, parasailing, an aqua park, and banana boat must be accompanied by an adult. (A marshal can assist on request)
