What to expect

Kick off your adventure to Rigi by pairing it with a few tranquil hours in the wellness haven of Mineralbad & Spa Rigi Kaltbad. The train ride and spa visit can be tailored to your schedule, as the ticket is valid for the entire day - just ensure you allocate at least 3 hours.

Your journey on the Rigi commences from either Arth-Goldau, Vitznau, Weggis or Kräbel. You're spoilt for choice when it comes to transportation - opt for the traditional cog railway or one of the two cable cars. Conveniently, the Mineralbad & Spa Rigi Kaltbad is situated right next to the Rigi Kaltbad First train station. Included in your ticket are both the entrance to the mineral bath and the trip on the Rigi cable cars.

Perhaps consider treating yourself to one of the delightful massages available from the spa menu once you're there. And remember, since you have a day pass for the Rigi cable cars, you're free to commence your return journey from any station that suits you best.

Children travel free of charge, but pay the entrance fee to the mineral baths (~13 CHF for ages 4–6 and ~21 CHF for ages 7–15)

Children are allowed to use the mineral bath and steam bath only when accompanied by an adult
Paid parking spaces are available at the valley stations
Please check the timetables in advance on the day of travel
If the cable car is not running, please use the cog railroad (no refund will be issued)
