On this tour you'll discover the taste and history of vino cotto (lit. mulled wine). You'll be guided to one of the oldest cellars in the area and witness the preparation of local mulled wine.
Next, you'll enjoy a tasting of the following wines: wines aged for 5-8 years, Visciol&Cotto, Cotto di Sottobosco, Decimo Vino Cotto Riserva 2006 and Varco 41 Vino Cotto Riserva 2005.
After that you'll also be pampered with a selection of local desserts to be enjoyed alongside Vino Cotto, such as tarts with homemade jam, homemade ciambellone (a traditional donut-shaped dessert), cantucci (almond-flavoured biscuits), and chunks of Grana cheese that will add an extra flavor to your experience.
