- The morning tour lasts approximately 7 hours, while the afternoon/evening tour is a shorter experience of around 4 hours
- The 9.30 am departure is reserved for guests aged 12 and over
- The Crystal Lagoon stop operates from June 1 to October 30, and only in fair weather
- The boat features sunbeds (first come, first served), spacious seating in both sun and shade, waterslides into the sea, easy-access swimming ladders, fresh-water showers, onboard toilets, and a snack bar serving drinks, food, cocktails, and ice cream.
- The visibility from underwater windows may be limited in certain weather conditions, and from December to April a sailing catamaran without underwater windows may be used
- The captain may cancel or modify the trip for safety or weather reasons, and routes, as well as departure or arrival points, may change depending on sea or operational conditions
