This excursion is three and a half hours long. It includes a bus tour along what's known as the Romantic Road, followed by a guided tour of Rothenberg. The Romantic Road winds its way through some of Germany's most attractive landscapes. From the coach, you'll spot quaint Bavarian villages, castles stashed into mountainsides, and cathedrals with Gothic spires. A guide will tell you about the sights as you go. When you get to Rothenberg, you'll head out on an hour-long guided walk. This village dishes up candy-coloured half-timbered houses, narrow streets, and a Medieval main square. Don't miss snapping a photo of the far-stretching views of Tauber valley – you'll get the best pictures from the Rothenberg Castle gardens, perched up on a hillside.
