Get ready for adventure in Sicily with this excursion including body rafting and a culinary experience in Motta Camastra, near the Alcantara Valley.

You will explore the canyon gorges, with waterfalls, rapids, and breathtaking rock walls. No experience is needed, just the spirit of adventure! Feel the cool water on your skin and the adrenaline quickening your heartbeat.

After the body rafting, head (by your own mean) to the homes of the Mamme del Borgo to savor the Sicilian cuisine. You'll uncover the secrets of ancient recipes and taste the delicious dishes prepared by the Mamme. And if you would like to discover more of Motta Camastra, take a walk with them through the narrow streets of the village.

Meet the body rafting instructor at Agriturismo Valle Alcantara. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance.

What to remember

Not suitable for:

Body rafting is not suitable for people with recent operations or trauma

Not allowed:

Children under 14 and adults over 55 cannot participate in body rafting

Know in advance:

Children 15+ must be at least 1.50 cm
Body rafting lasts around 2 hours but may vary based on participants' abilities
A vegetarian menu is available upon request
After the body rafting, you'll need to reach by your own mean the Mamme del Borgo location
Lunch takes place at 12.30 pm, dinner at 7.00 pm, and the cooking at 6.30 pm (May-September) or 5.30 pm (October- April)
The body rafting guide speaks English, while Mamme del Borgo don't. They can provide only general information about the food in a very basic English
