Your tour kicks off at 5.00am with pick-up from your hotels in Nuwara Eliya to go to Horton Plains. It's a national park filled with grasslands and cloud forests in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. Located 2.100-2.300m above sea level, it's rich in biodiversity and many endemic species are found here. Once you have seen the breathtaking views of Horton Plains, on your way back, you will be able to see the view from Ohiya Gap, one of the most picturesque places in Sri Lanka.
Then, after taking in all the beautiful nature that surrounds you during a one-hour drive, you will reach Ambewela Dairy farm, a small town near Nuwara Eliya that is sometimes called little New Zealand. Excellent health care is given on a 24-hour basis, to make sure all the animals live happily in this largest grass of lands in Sri Lanka. As guests, you can also see how this place manufactures dairy products, such as milk, cheese, and yogurt as a part of its charm. Finally, you will be dropped off back at the hotel at 6.00 pm.
