As your dough rises, you'll start a guided tour through the Market of Palermo, indulging in three tasting stops that offer a comprehensive experience of Sicilian flavors. As you traverse the city, your senses will be treated to an array of delectable Sicilian street food, including the irresistible arancini—deep-fried rice balls bursting with flavorful ragù or spinach and ricotta fillings.
