One tenth of Finland's area is covered by water and nearly a third of the locals like to fish in their leisure time. With over 20 different species of fish in the river, you are sure to catch one! The most common fish are perch, grayling, pike, whitefish, trout and rainbow trout.
For this activity, you will go to a river roughly 30-40 km away from the city where you will be fishing in the relaxing primaeval forest. The guide will prepare campfires and grill salmon and wild pork sausages. You will also be served blueberry tea with your meal. If you catch a big fish, you can also toss it on the barbecue and enjoy your hard work. The Arctic rivers make for excellent scenery and your guides will be happy to take pictures for you.
