Climbing is a thrilling sport that can get you hooked easily and Sälen is a great place to get initiated. If you are a beginner this tour will introduce you to the all basics you need to get climbing, whether you're there in the warmer months or in winter to try ice climbing.
Upon meeting your guide and instructor you will start by going through equipment and technique through a short brief. As you approach the wall, you will put on equipment and practice different techniques before you start to climb to the top.
You will stop for a lunch break to rest your muscles and you will enjoy a meal cooked over a fire or a stove. Once you've regained some energy, you will go for another round of climbing before heading back to town.
