Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito Guided Bike Tour & Alcatraz Tour
The Alcatraz Package is a two day, two tour package containing a guided bike tour on onde day and on day two an official round trip ticket to Alcatraz Island. The booking date will be the date guests visit Alcatraz. The day before will be autobooked for the bike tour. On day one, guests report to our guided tour center at 2661 Taylor Street to partake in one of our award winning, up to 3hr tour across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito. Guests are first given a proper bike fitting and outfitted with a current year model bike. Riders then depart and follow the guide along the San Francisco waterfront past Aquatic Park, Fort Mason, the Marina, and the Presidio, through Crissy Field and to Fort Point. Riders cross the Golden Gate Bridge ona wide bike path, then through Vista Point to Old Fort Baker. The tour finalizes in Sausalito where riders can enjoy the shops, the many art galleries, and the delicious food. After the guided tour portion, guests may enjoy a bonus bike ride returning the bike by closinghours. Many guests will want to return via ferry boat from Sausalito (ferry ticket not included but may be purchased onsite before start of tour).
On Day Two, experience a visit to the Alcatraz Island with its the official concessionaire, Alcatraz Cruises. Departing from Pier 33, the boat to Alcatraz serves as a bay cruise and upon arrival to the island guests will be outfitted with an audio headset for selfguided touring.
